1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the medical, cosmetic, and strict hygiene nature of oral care products, True Smile does not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and dispatched.We cannot accept returns on items that could potentially be contaminated or compromised after leaving our warehouse.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds, store credits, or product exchanges if you change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you no longer want the items after purchase. Please ensure you review your cart contents thoroughly before completing checkout. 

3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. In the rare event that your product arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or defective due to courier handling, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

• To log a claim, please email us with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged packaging.
• Only verified damaged items will be replaced and re-shipped to your original delivery address at no extra cost to you.
