True Smile™ Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing True Smile. We are dedicated to delivering your premium teeth whitening kits quickly and securely straight to your door. Please read our shipping guidelines below:
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- 100% Free Shipping: We offer completely Free Door-to-Door Delivery on all orders across South Africa. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout.
- No P.O. Boxes: Our courier partners require a physical street address for hand-to-hand delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or PostNet suites.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Order Processing: Orders take 1 to 2 business days to verify, pack, and prepare for courier collection.
- Business Hours: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our local warehouse, estimated transit times via our express courier network are as follows:
- Major Metropolitan Areas (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2 to 3 business days.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 4 business days.
- Total estimated time from checkout to your doorstep is comfortably within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Order Tracking
The moment your package is collected by our courier driver, an automated email or SMS will be sent directly to you. This notification contains your unique waybill number and a live tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey in real time.
5. Delivery Terms & Failed Attempts
Please ensure someone is available at your chosen delivery address during standard working hours (08:00 to 17:00) to sign for the package. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a standard courier fee will apply to re-ship it out to you a second time.
